What do I do if my post office box is not in the drop-down list?

Indicate your post office box number in the field Street number then press Enter. For example, indicate "5500" for the following post office box number: "P.O. Box 5500, Succ. Anjou".

If your post office box is still not in the drop-down list after using the search function, select "other" at the end of the drop-down list. You can then indicate your post office box in the Other field.
