What do I do if my postal code is indicated as invalid?

Check to make sure that the postal code is indicated as follows: letter number letter number letter number (ex.: A9A9A9), with no spaces. Pay particular attention to the letter "O" and the number "0". The same is true for the letter "l" (L not capitalized) instead of the number "1" and vice versa.

If your postal code has been entered correctly but you are still getting the message that it is invalid, go to the Canada Post website to find the valid postal code or contact us.
