Do you think someone is misusing one of our programs (Family Allowance, Québec Pension Plan or public-sector pension plans)? You can report any fraud or practice that you deem irregular or illegal.

The information you send us is confidential and protected.

Report or complaint?

• Report: you want to report the misuse of one of our programs. You can do so anonymously. Generally, we do not follow up on reports for confidentiality reasons.
• Complaint: you would like to inform us of your dissatisfaction with the services rendered regarding your file. If you would like to file a complaint with the Bureau des plaintes et de l'amélioration des services, consult the Complaints section.
