Honorary award from the Healthy Enterprises Group
Retraite Québec distinguished itself by winning third place in the Health and Psychological Wellness category for its network of sentinels in the workplace. This award recognizes all the work carried out to set up and maintain this network of people trained and supported to play a preventive role in psychological health and suicide.

Prix Zénith, an excellence award in government communications
Retraite Québec was awarded a Prix Zénith for its 2021 virtual conference "Planning for retirement: Off the beaten path?", which was praised for its innovative nature and high quality. This is great recognition for the work of the teams that carried out this project and a good source of visibility for Retraite Québec.

Healthy Enterprise – Elite+ certification
Retraite Québec obtained the highest certification of the Healthy Enterprise standard awarded by the Bureau de normalisation du Québec (BNQ), therefore becoming the first organization of the Québec public service to be certified as a Healthy Enterprise — Elite+. The certification confirms the organization's commitment regarding the integration of the notion of health and wellness in its corporate culture and in its management practices.

Prix d'excellence de l'administration publique du Québec (Excellence awards)
Retraite Québec was awarded the
Public service award for its focus groups. This is an innovative project that allows us to consult our clients to better understand their expectations, to validate the effectiveness of the solutions we offer and to measure their appreciation of our services.
Retraite Québec also won the
Human resources management award for the development of our employer image, our distinctive employee experience, which includes a series of measures to increase the well-being and mobilization of our employees.
