Retraite Québec does not have access to your personal information for your locked-in retirement account (LIRA) or life income fund (LIF). Please contact the financial institution that manages the fund. The institution's contact information can be found on your statement.

Filing a complaint or contesting a decision rendered by Retraite Québec

If  you are you dissatisfied with an action or a service from Retraite Québec, you can file a complaint with the Commissaire aux plaintes et à l'amélioration des services.
