Maybe you have noticed that Retraite Québec has released a new version of My Account? Beyond its refreshing look, our updated digital space provides intuitive navigation and features that are more practical. The result is an optimal experience, in a safe web environment.
The main changes
- Completely new, updated and intuitive interface
- Personalized approach intended to put you at the centre of communications
- Visual cues that make navigation easier and draw your attention to the new elements and actions required
- Possibility of completing the Your Options reply form online and tracking the status of your application for a retirement pension under a public-sector pension plan. In addition, it is also possible to file your application for a retirement pension under the Québec Pension Plan and track the status of your application.
My Account: a tool that meets your needs
The renewed version of My Account reflects the needs expressed by our clients through surveys, discussion groups and focus groups. The platform has therefore been designed to enable you to establish a simple connection to Retraite Québec, to be autonomous in following the required steps and to always feel confident when you interact with our organization.
All the improvements made to My Account over time seem to have paid off and contributed to its rise in popularity. We recorded an unprecedented record number of consultations from 1 January to 10 January 2023, about 122 000 visits. Furthermore, the number of annual visits in My Account keeps rising. In the past year, there were 2 349 935 visits, which is equal to an annual increase of 45.4%!
