Increase in benefits for families

Family Allowance, the Supplement for the Purchase of School Supplies and the Supplement for Handicapped Children increased by 6.44% in 2023.

Log in to My Account to:

• see the amounts that you have received or will receive
• find out the Family Allowance payment dates
• change the frequency of your payments (each month or every three months)
• sign up for direct deposit and change your banking information
• choose the 100% digital option and receive notifications.

Change in family situation

If your family situation changes during the year, it is important to consult Retraite Québec's website to find out the steps to take. By doing so, you can ensure that you are receiving all the amounts to which you are entitled and avoid having to repay any overpayments.
