Regulation to amend the Regulation under the Act respecting the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan (L.R.Q., c. R-10, a. 134, 1st al., par. 4.2°, 9.1° and 22.2°; 2010, c. 29, a. 36)

Following the agreement concluded in June 2010 between the joint trade union front and the government concerning the renewal of collective agreements, the Regulation to amend the Regulation under the Act respecting the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan came into force on April 1, 2011.

Here are the main amendments:

• Tariff schedule for the calculation of a buy‑back
• Minimal buy-back cost
• Adjustment of the calculation of limited pension credit service.
