Changes to Your Pension Plan

The Act to amend the Courts of Justice Act (S.Q. 2015, chapter 11) was assented on May 20, 2015. The Act modifies the Pension Plan of the Judges of the Court of Québec and of Certain Municipal Courts (PPJCQM).

The main modification is presented below.

Modification of the contribution rate

Effective date: May 20, 2015

Since May 20, 2015, the contribution rate is 8% of the contributory salary.
