Retraite Québec's long-term vision is to be the organization that sets the standard for retirement expertise, earning acclaim for its performance, first-rate client services and dynamic work environment.
As a reflection of this vision, the

Challenge 1: Your client experience
Retraite Québec wants to
provide simplified and personalized services to its clients in order to maintain its position of excellence in services. By going digital, our organization intends to make the client experience meet the expectations of our clients.
Challenge 2: Your financial security
Retraite Québec wants to
allow Québeckers to benefit from the organization's retirement expertise by providing leadership with partners in the field and by sharing knowledge. It wants to make financial planning for retirement a social standard through sustained actions to better inform and equip citizens in that regard.
Challenge 3: Our team
In order to meet future challenges, Retraite Québec wants to
attract and retain the talents of committed, competent and performing employees. It is important for Retraite Québec to provide a stimulating and quality work environment and to set itself apart by putting its employees' well-being at the heart of its priorities.
For each challenge, we have set ambitious goals for the next four years. The anticipated results have also been determined as well as performance indicators to measure their achievement.
