Choose to receive your statements digitally and sign up for notifications in My Account.

Income tax slips are automatically uploaded to My account or mailed each year by the end of February at the latest.

You can access and download them in My Account whenever it is convenient for you. To receive them in digital format only, you must change your communication preferences and activate the notifications to be quickly informed of their deposit in your file.

Note that not all beneficiaries will receive their tax slips at the same time, even those who live at the same address.

Statements are produced for the following benefits under the Québec Pension Plan (QPP) and public-sector pension plans (RREGOP, PPMP, etc.):

  • retirement pensions
  • disability benefits
  • survivors' benefits

Please note that if you participate in a public-sector pension plan, you can also receive a duplicate regarding the refund of contribution overpayments.

Family Allowance is not taxable. Therefore, we will not send income tax slips for the amounts you received.

Requesting duplicate tax slips

Your tax slips are available at any time in My Account and can be downloaded at your convenience. If you cannot access them, you can request duplicates This link will open a new window., which are a second copy of your tax slips for all the pension plans you are a member of or have been a member of, including the Québec Pension Plan and, if applicable, public-sector pension plans (RREGOP, PPMP, etc.). Duplicates are issued as of the beginning of March only

To file your request, you will need the following: your Social Insurance Number (SIN) and the years for which you wish to receive duplicates. You will then receive your duplicates by mail within 15 business days.
