Funding of private-sector pension plan
The funding rules described in this section apply to pension plans subject to the Supplemental Pension Plans Act, except for the following plans :
The rules therefore cover most pension plans in the private sector as well as certain parapublic plans that fall under provincial jurisdiction (e.g.: Hydro-Québec's pension plan and Héma-Québec's pension plans).
