Survey on processing times for the Application for a Pension Estimate and the Application for Retirement Pension Under a Public-Sector Pension Plan (2019) (French Only)
This report gives the results of the survey carried out in September 2019 with active members of public-sector pension plans. The purpose of the survey was to find out the members' expectations regarding processing times for an application for pension estimate and for an application for a retirement pension related to the Service Statement.
The report also gives the results on the perception of public-sector pension plan members regarding the Statement of Participation sent to them every year by Retraite Québec and the information made available to them.
