The survey, conducted in 2022, measured the satisfaction and appreciation of representatives of supplemental pension plans (SPP) administrators regarding the SPP Portal four years after its implementation in 2018. The SPP Portal allows users to complete the Annual Information Return (AIR) online for supplemental pension plans. The Portal is also a tool for exchanges between Retraite Québec and pension plan administrators. Over the years since its creation, it has been enhanced to better meet the needs of users. This report presents the results of the survey.

The survey also gages the knowledge of small businesses that do not offer pension plans when it comes to the various types, and determines their reasons for not offering one.
